At CLEAN MUSCLES, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when products may be returned and when refunds may be issued.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • The product remains in its original packaging.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order information is provided.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
  • Products with damaged, missing, or altered packaging.

Return Process

  • The product you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return; and
  • Photographs of the product, if applicable.

Do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from CLEAN MUSCLES, the customer may be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. CLEAN MUSCLES cannot guarantee receipt of products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error on our part.
